MIPL 1500 Fully Automated Vacuum Impregnation Machine
The MIPL 1500 vacuum impregnation machine is an advanced technology, fully automatic, continuous process system. It can be completely programmed to change the functions of the tanks as per required operations of sinking, sector drawing, sector sink washing, and rotary washing. It is also possible to impregnate, different castings in the same batch without special fixturing. All of these innovative features ensure complete operator free impregnation cycles and automated process control, providing complete peace of mind. Optional X, Y and Z axis movements provide the system with total flexibility of process specifications.

MIPL 825 Semi Automated Pick and Place Vacuum Impregnation Machine
The MIPL 825 is an ideal high performance, low budget vacuum impregnation solution. Its versatile capabilities rise effectively to handle challenging impregnation assignment ments with ease. It is a semi automatic machine with a robotic pick and place gantry. All tank functions are performed by the tanks of the system.
